We believe that a properly conceived and structured acquisition can offer all stakeholders the opportunity to maximize long-term value.<br><br> We seek to partner with managers and corporate leaders who have a comprehensive vision of where they want to take their organizations. We work directly with a corporate partner and management team to analyze and understand the financial and operating characteristics of an enterprise, its underlying values and its performance trajectory over time. While some situations may require a relatively short holding period, we intend to retain most investments for several years. Our fundamental investment principle is to enhance equity value through earnings growth, debt repayment and strategic positioning rather than through market timing. We strive to exit our investments such that the companies are in better condition in all respects, thereby ensuring that new investors and our management partners receive further benefits from the continuing momentum of the company. <br> <br> In short, we believe that if our partners have achieved their long-term strategic goals, our investment exit —regardless of form— will take care of itself.<br><br> <br><br><br><br><br><br>
